Appetizer – 8oz Automatic Fantastic Blackberry Kettled Sour
Blackberry glazed prosciutto wrapped scallops. Served over a baby arugula, sweet corn and roasted pepper salad.
Entree – 8oz Stellar Phase Pale Ale
Grilled ribeye topped with lump crab meat, asparagus and a hopped hollandaise. Served with roasted potatoes and a red wine demi glace.
Dessert – 8oz Dark Thread Porter
Dark chocolate flourless cake with a dark thread peanut butter sauce and whipped cream.
