8.0% ABV. Fruited Double IPA. Our Gelato series is a culinary approach to brewing. We use an array of fresh purees, spices, and specialty ingredients to recreate beer versions of Gelato ice cream. Brewed with flaked oats, white wheat malt, and lactose sugar to create a rich base. Each release has a different hop bill to compliment the desert profile. When these beers are released it generates an initial waiting line that day. Typically cans will last through the weekend but they have sold out the same day.
